Cancellation Policy

The DeMarini Top 96 maintains a strict no-refund policy for all of our clinics; however, players may purchase our Registration Fee Protection Plan, at a very modest fee, to provide insurance against changes in their plans that might cause them to unexpectedly drop out.

Registration Fee Protection Plan (RFPP)

The RFPP cancellation insurance is ONLY AVAILABLE at the time you pay your registration fee. Further, it's only available if you register more than 15 days in advance of the event. An RFPP costs $75 for most events. Here is a benefits comparison with and without the RFPP:

To use the RPFF insurance, you send an email to our Beth.Henson@top96.com. Your email's time stamp will be the date we use to determine your option(s). Provide the player's name and the name of the event from which you are canceling, as well as the option you prefer (e.g., refund, transfer, etc.). You need NOT provide any reason for canceling. We will send you an email, with confirmation of your request for the change or refund.

The insurance option can be used ONLY one time for the one event for which it was purchased. If you transfer to another event, and again find you cannot participate, you will have to pay the applicable transfer fee to change events a second time. If you transfer to an event with a higher registration fee, you will have to pay any difference.

In the case of a natural disaster, such as a hurricane, earthquake, tornado, etc. we will do our best to reschedule the event but can not guarantee that all of the colleges originally listed will be in attendance. In these cases, the clinic may be cancelled in advance. If it can’t be rescheduled, we will refund your registration fee less any expenses that we have already incurred.
