This Help section is designed to answer all questions about our events. But, if you can’t find what you need, please call our toll free number, 877-311-9696 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time but we often answer the phone and return calls much later than that.

FAQ’s – Answers to the most often asked questions we receive each year.
“Pitcher-Only Info” – Explains how the format of our clinic is changed to accommodate specific needs of players who opt to participate ONLY as pitchers.
Information About “Position Availability” – This section describes how we balance the number of players at each of our clinics by limiting the number of players we accept based on their “Primary Position” and where they’d like to play in the game.
“Position Availability” By Event” – Our system maintains an “On-line, Real-time” status of the number of spots available at each position for an event.
